With 25 years of IT experience, Olenka started her career as software engineer specializing in systems programming and development of software tools. She participated in the development of a a leading IDE for the Ada programming language.  Leveraging her development background she switched to technical DevOps sales and was instrumental in the adoption of ARCAD for DevOps technology at some of the largest IBM i accounts including HSBC.  In a business development focus at ARCAD Software, Olenka helps advance modernization and DevSecOps initiatives worldwide.
